Kiplan Real Estate Presents “Stop The Real Estate Drama” Series

Despite governmental claims of job growth and economic stability, every month in Georgia, thousands of people face the spectre of foreclosure on their homes, with over 800 in metro-Atlanta’s five counties alone. In a concerted effort to assist families facing foreclosure and other seemingly insurmountable crises of home ownership, Kiplan Real Estate Consultants and Advisors, will be holding monthly workshops to share critical information on advocating for home owners, educating on little known strategies, and creating new paths to recovery.

A full-service Real Estate brokerage serving the metro-Atlanta area for over three years , Kiplan Real Estate Consultants and Advisors’ primary focus, is to provide relief to homeowners suffering from distressed property sales, many of which could have been avoided, according to David Washington, founder, president and CEO.

"On a monthly basis, thousands of homeowners simply walk away from their homes due to a lack of knowledge," said Washington, a 25 plus-year real estate expert, broker and investor. "Our specialization is in resolving issues tied to troubled real estate, like a pending foreclosure, a couple experiencing a divorce, probated property or other complicated real estate matters, while maintaining a focus on and compassion for the customer’s overall experience," explained Washington. "We believe this is what sets us apart from other real estate brokerages."

A seasoned and successful real estate professional for more than 25 years, Washington’s career was built on assisting home owners in all income brackets facing real estate crises, and helping them achieve their real estate needs successfully. He is currently a qualifying broker of Kiplan Real Estate Consultants and Advisors and is also a speaker and author of multiple books on real estate including, "Mastering the Short Sale Game," and "A Divorce and Real Estate."

In addition to educating attendees about foreclosure prevention, among the topics the Kiplan Real Estate Consultants and Advisors will cover in the "Stop Your Real Estate Drama Workshop Series," is how to resolve real estate issues surrounding mediation, probate, loan modifications, divorce, short sale, etc. Hosted by Washington and his team at Kiplan Real Estate Consultants and Advisors, speakers at the workshop will include Washington, Kamal Foreman, bankruptcy attorney; Ralph Washington, foreclosure defense attorney; Natalie Rowland, foreclosure divorce attorney, Alice Bussey, community leader, home owner advocate and owner of the iconic Atlanta business, Bussey Florists , serving as a host.
